C’est évident pour l’anxiété, les problèmes de sommeil, les états dépressifs et tous les symptômes liés au stress ;
Mais le yoga agit aussi pour les pathologies ostéo-articulaires, que ce soit les lombalgies chroniques ou les douleurs inflammatoires, et plus globalement tous les problèmes de dos ;
Le yoga intervient également sur les problèmes cardiovasculaires : il permet de réduire l’hypertension artérielle, de prévenir les infarctus, d’éviter les troubles du rythme cardiaque ;
On peut aussi agir sur les troubles respiratoires, l’asthme, les bronchites chroniques grâce à certaines postures de yoga ;

New research reveals that complain literally makes you sick and kill you by inches
The average person complains at least once a minute during a conversation.Tout's doing it at one time or another, but to what extent is the complaint for good health? We could consider it as a simple discharge of frustration and justified as a necessary means to stay sane.
Since we all experience negativity or unwanted situations in our life, it's a middle course agreement which we can all identify.
In the end, nothing really changes with our complaints or any negative feelings and thoughts that we dissipate and eventually weaken us.
Focused originally on the negative as a means of survival, we tend to agree more with what we do not want or appreciate the change (to arrive at a change). More we put our eyes on something that can be hurtful, plus we are programmed to be on guard.
Complaining is a way of recognizing a problem without trying to address it. This feeds the problem with more energy and creates more stress. Complaints are on par with smoking when it comes to our health care system.
The stress caused by the fact of complaining constantly damage neurons in the hippocampus and alters its ability to create new neurons and neural pathways. The hippocampus is the part of the brain used to solve problems and cognitive functioning.
When listening to someone else complain about this affect you in the same way as if it was yourself that you were complaining. Here are some ways to limit the impact of the complaint.
Set the complaint, follow its frequency and realize every time you complain and why you are doing
A complaint and a finding are different in the sense that one is a statement and the other is a feeling or an opinion attached to the declaration. "It's really hot outside" is an observation. It becomes a complaint when you add "It really hot outside, and I start getting tired."
Be careful when you advertise a complaint and how well you do. You can make the front of your screen or even talking to yourself. To understand how this is a problem is the first step.
Take your distance whiners incorrigible
Now that you know how harmful it is to be around people who constantly complain. If you're stuck in a situation or place, try to be proactive and productive overlooked problems, and propose solutions.
Turn the complaint in something else
For example with positive statements such as, "I do not like driving to work, but I am grateful to have a job." Do not let your words end on a negative note.
Another great way to do this is by changing the "I have to go to work" may be replaced by, "I am lucky to go to work today."
One of the best ways to remove negative statements in your life is by removing your sentences the word "I" or "me." Do what you have to do but do not draw attention to yourself if you fail to be positive.
4 These rituals make you happier (as neuroscience)
The excellent Eric Barker presented in Time, 4 rituals that will increase your level of happiness. The peculiarity of these rituals? Their effectiveness is proven by neuroscience.
• The question to ask yourself: Who am I grateful for?
Gratitude makes you happy. The feeling of gratitude activates the brain stem region that produces dopamine. Similarly, gratitude can increase serotonin secretion in the anterior cingulate cortex. Best of all, expressing your gratitude, you will trigger a feedback loop. Gratitude to self-feed with the person who received it!
• Name the negative feelings: I feel ...
When we call an emotion, the calm prefrontal cortex amygdala in our brain. The effect of emotions is less.
• Make a decision: the decision reduces worry and anxiety by creating intentions and objectives. The prefrontal cortex then returned to action. Note that the decision also allows to change perspective by moving towards solutions that calms the limbic system. Needless to aim a good decision, good enough simply to feel good.
• Multiply physical contact: the brain's neuro-social. He needs others to flourish. And when there is a long contact, like a hug, oxytocin is released to reduce the activity of amygdale. On admirably feels good! Note that massages help to significantly reduce the level of stress and improves sleep.

We, the doctors, with our extensive training, knowledge and authority we enjoy, often become very pretentious and we have trouble admitting when we are wrong. So there. I openly admit that I was wrong.
As a cardiac surgeon with 25 years of experience and having performed more than 5,000 heart operations, the day has come to correct my mistakes based on medical and scientific evidence.
My training took place for many years with other prominent doctors who "were of opinion". Overwhelmed by the scientific literature, and continually providing educational seminars, we, modelers of opinion, affirm that heart disease only the result of a high cholesterol.
The only standard therapy consisted of prescribing medications to lower cholesterol and a diet severely limiting fat intake. This, of course, insisted we would lower cholesterol levels and prevent heart disease. Deviations from these recommendations were considered a heresy and could very likely lead to malpractice.
It does not work!
These recommendations are no longer scientifically or morally defensible. The discovery, there are some years that inflammation of the artery wall is the real cause of heart disease slowly led to a paradigm shift in the treatment that will be implemented to treat heart disease and other chronic diseases.
Dietary recommendations longstanding created obesity and diabetes epidemics, the consequences dwarf any historical plague in terms of mortality, human suffering and disastrous economic consequences.
Despite the fact that 25% of the population takes expensive statin and that we reduced the fat content of our diet, more Americans will die this year of heart disease than ever before.
Statistics from the American Heart Association show that 75 million Americans currently suffer from heart disease, 20 million have diabetes and 57 million with pre-diabetes.
These disorders affect people of increasingly younger and more numerous every year.
Simply put, without inflammation in our bodies, it is impossible that cholesterol accumulates in the blood vessel wall and causes heart disease or stroke. Without inflammation, cholesterol would flow freely throughout the body by the laws of nature. This is the inflammation which retains the cholesterol and accumulates.
Inflammation is not complicated. This is simply the body's natural defense to a foreign element such as bacteria, toxin or virus. The cycle of inflammation is perfect in its way to protect your body from these bacterial or viral invaders. However, if we expose our body to chronically affected by injury, toxins or foods the human body was never designed to manage, we reach a stage called chronic inflammation. Chronic inflammation is as harmful as acute inflammation is beneficial.
What sane person would be exposed voluntarily and repeatedly to foods or other substances that are known to cause damage to the body? Well, smokers, for example, but at least they have made this choice voluntarily.
The rest of us have simply followed the conventional diet, low in fat and high polyunsaturated fat and carbohydrates, not knowing that we infligions repeated damage to our blood vessels. These repeated injury creates chronic inflammation leading to heart disease, stroke, diabetes and obesity.
Let me repeat: The damage and inflammation in our blood vessels are caused by the low-fat diet recommended for years by traditional medicine.
What are the biggest culprits of chronic inflammation? Quite simply, it's the overload of simple carbohydrates and highly processed (sugar, flour and all products made from them), and excessive consumption of omega-6 fatty acids from vegetable oils such as soybean, maize and sunflowers which is found in many processed foods.
Take a moment to visualize what would a stiff brush rubbed on a tender skin until it becomes red and about to bleed, and you continued several times a day, every day for five years. If you could resist this painful brushing, you would have an area that bleeds, is swollen and infected and getting worse with each new assault. It's a good way to visualize the inflammatory process which could take place in your body right now.
Regardless of where the inflammatory process develops, externally or internally, that is exactly the same. I looked inside thousands and thousands of arteries. In a diseased artery, is just as if someone had taken a brush and had scoured the inside and on. Several times a day, every day, the food we eat create small wounds that become bigger injury, asking the organization to continuously meet and appropriately to inflammation.
While we enjoy the irresistible taste of a bun sweet milk, our body responds with an alarm as if a foreign invader came to declare war. Foods containing high amounts of sugar and simple carbohydrates or processed foods with omega-6 for their conservation, were the pillars of the American diet for six decades. These foods have slowly poisoned everyone.
How can eating a simple bun create an inflammation cascade make you sick?
Imagine you renversiez syrup on your keyboard, and you will have a picture of what happens inside the cell. When we consume simple sugars, the blood sugar level increases rapidly. In response, your pancreas secretes insulin whose primary purpose is to transfer sugar to each cell where it is stored for energy. If the cell is full and does not need to glucose, it is rejected for the surplus sugar not ensnared the system.
When your cells loaded reject the surplus sugar, blood sugar increases, causing insulin production and glucose becomes stored fat.
What does all this have to do with inflammation? Blood glucose is controlled within a very narrow range. Excess sugar molecules bind to a variety of proteins which, in turn, damage the blood vessel wall. These repeated injury to the blood vessel walls trigger inflammation. When your blood glucose levels reached peaks several times a day, every day, exactly as if you frottiez inside of your delicate blood vessels with sandpaper.
Even if you can not see, rest assured that this is how it presents itself. I saw more than 5,000 patients in 25 years of surgery, and they all shared a common denominator - inflammation in their arteries.
Returning to the bun. This sweet innocent-looking, contains not only sugar but it is cooked in one of the many omega-6 oils such as soybean oil. The chips and fries are soaked in soybean oil, processed foods are made with omega-6 to prolong their lifespan on the shelves of supermarkets. While omega-6 are essential because they are part of the cell membrane that controls everything that goes in and out of the cell - they should respect the balance with omega-3.
If the balance is disturbed by consuming too many omega-6, the cell membrane produces chemicals called cytokines that cause inflammation immediately.
Today's conventional American diet produced an extreme imbalance in these two fatty acids. The report of the imbalance is between 15: 1 and 30: 1 in favor of omega-6 fatty acids. This makes a huge amount of cytokines causing inflammation. In the context of food today, a ratio of 3: 1 would be ideal and conducive to health.
To make matters worse, the excess weight you carry due to the consumption of these foods creates cells loaded with fats that release large amounts of inflammatory chemicals and this adds to the damage caused by high blood sugar . The process that began with a scone becomes a vicious cycle over time and creates heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and finally, Alzheimer's disease, because the inflammatory process continues unabated.
One can not escape the fact that we eat more of prepared and processed foods, the more we trigger the inflammation switch little by little every day. The human body can not process, and is not designed to eat foods loaded with sugars and steeped in omega-6.
There is only one solution to soothe inflammation, is to return to the closest food to their natural state. To build muscle, eat more protein. Choose very complex carbs like those colorful fruits and vegetables. Decrease or eliminate omega-6 that cause inflammation, such as corn or soy oil and processed foods that are loaded.
One tablespoon of corn oil contains 7280 mg of omega-6, that contains soy 6940. Instead, use olive oil.
Animal fats contain less than 20% omega-6 and are much less likely to cause inflammation of the supposedly healthy oils labeled polyunsaturated. Forget the "science" that has been hammered into your head for decades. The science that saturated fats are the only cause of heart disease does not exist. The science that saturated fats increase blood cholesterol is also groundless. Since we now know that cholesterol is not the cause of heart disease, concern about saturated fat is even more absurd today.
The cholesterol theory led to the recommendations to eliminate the fat or drastically reduce, and it is these recommended foods now causing an epidemic of inflammation. Conventional medicine has made a terrible mistake by advising people to avoid saturated fats and choose foods high in omega-6. We now have an epidemic of inflammation of the arteries that leads to heart disease and other silent killers.
What you can do is to choose whole foods like the ones your grandmother served you and not those to whom your mother turned when supermarket shelves were filled with processed foods. By eliminating inflammatory foods and adding essential nutrients from fresh and unprocessed foods, you will reverse the years of damage to your arteries and through your body caused by the conventional typical diet.
